Our warranty varies based on the completed project, up to one year as descried below:
Networks wiring, camera, access door and intercom installation, one year warranty.
Network, cameras, access control, intercom configuration 30 days warranty.
Software, Operation systems, and virus or Adware/ Spyware/ Malware cleaning are not covered by any warranty.
All brand name / new parts carry their own manufacturer’s warranty. Clients can claim RMA directly with the manufacturer or mail the item to us for warranty handling. However, on-site repair will incur a charge.
Refurbished, pre-owned parts come with 30 days warranty.
The warranty shall be void if the client or a third party modifies or relocates our work without our authorization.
The warranty is void if the client has an outstanding debt for more than 60 days.
We may charge you for the service call if our technician discovered an issue that is not related to our work.
